Teacher Aemilio, our resident guitar instructor, has almost a decade’s worth of experience as a pedagogue. He believes that there are two factors that contribute in learning the guitar: your motivation to do it, and finding the right mentor who is able to tailor fit your strengths to unleash your full potential.

Lastly, Teacher Aemilio’s love for guitar has brought him success in the field of classical guitar competitions. He has won the following:

• 1st Prize at the University of Santo Tomas Guitar Competition

• 1st Prize at the Trattoria Poggio Antico Guitar Competition

• 2nd Prize at the Tarrega Malaysia International Guitar Competition

• 3rd Prize at the Hong Kong International Guitar Competition

He has also attended master classes from world-renowned guitarists such as Judicael Perroy (France), Jeremy Jouve (France), Berta Rojas (Paraguay), Margarita Escarpa (Spain), Gerard Abiton (France), and Rupert Boyd (Australia).

Teacher Aemilio teaches classical guitar, electric guitar, ukulele, drums and music theory in Casa Musica Delfi Orchard.
